On certain, mainly older, computers, the following error message may be displayed:
This action requires access to the mozaWeb server. The server is not accessible at the moment.
Most of the time, this error occurs on Windows 7 computers and is caused by not updating Windows regularly. Windows updates contain essential certificates that are required to access most websites and servers. If Windows is not updated regularly, these certificates will expire, and some sites and servers will not be accessible.
The issue can be resolved by updating Windows and installing the suitable Windows update, containing certificates, from one of the following links:
