cadaVR is a digital anatomy atlas created to support medical experts to boost their knowledge.
How can cadaVR help the learning journey?
- Professors can deliver more engaging lectures by visualizing the topic.
- Students can learn more efficiently and develop high-level expertise in human anatomy to ace their anatomy exams.
The platform contains almost 300 3D models of real anatomical specimens thanks to our collaboration with the Anatomy Department of the Medical School of the University of Szeged.
By using cutting-edge 3D technology the atlas gives a rare opportunity to turn, enlarge and move models around - and also lets the users draw on the different specimens. The high-quality scans give access to the finest details of each model supported by informative labels written by anatomy experts. The main purpose of the platform is to provide unique learning material for medical students and help them to maximize their knowledge. To support this journey, cadaVR also offers more than 1000 quiz questions based on the theoretical information backing all 3D models.
But we did not stop there. All the more than 10.000 labels can be turned into exercises to help students memorize every important detail. If this is not enough, the labels can be turned off to give another version of the exercise.

Our team was invited to the International Conference on Educational Development at Semmelweis University in Budapest this May. The purpose of the two-day long conference was to gather the lead lecturers and researchers of higher educational development for medical studies.
The panel program focused on the latest trends and challenges in medical and health sciences education and the table talks discussed the most important questions and difficulties. The event also had an exhibition site where visitors had the chance to discover the newest developments and products for medical education.
As one of the exhibitors, we were delighted to meet prominent members of the community and share ideas and experiences. We had the chance to meet university students as well and they were thrilled about what cadaVR can offer for students. Since the software was created to help their studies we were more than happy to hear their thoughts and feedback. They were open and motivated to try the software out and even to challenge themselves with the quizzes we have!
Overall we had fun and a really nice experience meeting the customers who can benefit from our work. We are looking forward to returning to the conference next year!
